We have detected that emails published utilizing the "Send an email notification" action in the "Mail" connector, which utilizes IP address 22.214.171.124, started getting blocked since July 21st, 2021 due to a low reputation score configuration. As a result, some of the notification action are executed and emails are either sent to the recipient’s spam folder or are not delivered at all. To allow for emails to reach recipients, your administrator must manually add the listed IP address above by following the Mail connector documentation(https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/sendmail/#known-issues-and-limitations). Additionally, we are working on ways to increase the connector reputation score on Microsoft’s side to remedy this issue.
